Steps for Registering:

 

  1. Complete the Registration Form

  2. Click on the Submit button

  3. Please follow up by either sending one cheque for $485.00 or two cheques as follows;
    $250.00 deposit, plus balance to follow 30 days after deposit is received.

  4. If ordering the DVD, please include $35.00 with your payment.

  5. Please make cheque payable to Muskoka Goalie School
